Meeting & pickup
Present your voucher at the festival counter to exchange it for a physical ticket. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the final scheduled pickup time.

- Bus and van transfers from The Pantip Lifestyle Hub operate continuously from 02:00 PM to 04:30 PM on a first-come, first-served basis. The last transfer departs at 04:30 PM.
- Bringing outside alcoholic beverages onto the event premises is not permitted.
- Outside lanterns are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety and environmental reasons.
- Drones are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety reasons.
- Firecrackers, personal fireworks, and flammable items are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety reasons.
- Please expect heavy traffic on the day of the event. The bus ride may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
- In the rare event that we must cancel a tour, we will notify you in advance and offer an alternative date, a different tour, or a full refund.
