    The e-voucher and any guide details included in your booking will be sent to your email and WhatsApp between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM Japan local time, one day before your scheduled activity. Please ensure the contact number you provided is active on WhatsApp, and present the e-voucher at the designated location to exchange it for physical tickets. If you do not receive the ticket within this period, please contact our hotline.

    • Child aged 4-11 and elementary students aged 12 can purchase child ticket
    • Scan the Klook QR code to enter the park (printed tickets are not accepted)

    • How to get there Exit JR Maihama Station (South Exit) and turn right. Pass by Bon Voyage and continue walking toward Tokyo Disneyland. (About an 8-minute walk)
