About this experience
What makes my business fun is getting hands-on and learning how to work fresh pasta through my grandmother's old teachings. Tiramisu will be the final cuddle that will amaze you with its goodness.
What to expect
cooking class with 2 or 3 recipes of typical Bolognese or regional cuisine; we will make different types of pasta and typical desserts and we will taste together some good wine that will go perfectly with the food. We will get our hands dirty so they can better appreciate the dishes of typical Bolognese cuisine. My cat Pol will assist us during the class. In the case of vegetarian guests I will prepare sauces and pastas suitable for their needs.
