Meeting & pickup

• You must present a printed or electronic voucher to board this tour. • All vouchers can be redeemed at any of the stops along the routes. • Please note: Buses are branded 'Bus Turístic' and are pink and blue. • With your voucher, enjoy flexible access for up to 3 months from the travel date you select at check-out. • Departure point: For the full tour, hop-on at Stop 1, Plaza Catalunya. However, customers can join and leave the tour at any stop along the routes. • Passengers are required to keep their printed tickets with them for the duration of their journey

• First bus departs from Stop 1 at 9am (both routes)
• Last bus departs from Stop 1 at 7pm (both routes)
• Tour duration: Each route takes 120 minutes to complete
• Frequency of the buses: Every 10 - 25 minutes, depending on the time of year
• Vouchers can be used any day within 3 months of travel date selected at check-out
• Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the routes
• No queues in high season: our buses run every 5 minutes so you don't have to wait
• Please note, our buses are pink and blue and are named 'Bus Turistic'
• Infant tickets, though they are free, must be added to basket when checking out
• Once the electronic voucher has been redeemed and exchanged for a printed ticket, passengers are required to keep the printed ticket with them for the duration of their journey as electronic vouchers cannot be used after redemption
• A partial strike is scheduled for Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th October which may affect the service. The strike action is scheduled to take place from 9am - 11am and then from 7pm - 9pm. Ticket validity will be extended during these 2 days. 24-hour tickets will be extended to 48-hours, and 48-hour tickets will be extended to 72-hours
