How to get your voucher on Viator portal: 1)Open the Viator app or website and log in. 2)Select "Bookings" and locate your order. 3)Click on the drop-down menu labeled “Show details.” 4)Click “Print ticket.” 5) If an error page appears after clicking the [Print Ticket] button, please close the error page and return to your booking details to retry. It may take two to three attempts for the ticket voucher to display. This is an E-ticket voucher product for SKYTREE Admission Ticket. After confirmation, there will be a PDF voucher file which includes the QR Code sent to your email, or you can go to your booking detail page, click [print e-ticket] button, and the PDF voucher can be downloaded.
