All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own. Attachments such as tag-a-longs and trailers are not permitted for the safety of the group. No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present. For eBike upgrades, riders must be at least 14 years old. Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes. Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. If you experience any issues, email sales@unlimitedbiking.com with a screenshot of the problem.
