This private airport transfer provides direct transportation between Kansai International Airport, Osaka, and Kyoto. Guests can avoid train transfers, taxi lines, and carrying luggage through busy stations after arrival or before departure. Airport arrival pickup includes flight monitoring when the flight number is provided, free name sign service, and 90 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time. Hotel and city pickups include 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Vehicle options are available for small groups, families, and larger groups, including Alphard, Hiace, 18-seat vehicles, and 44-seat buses. One child seat is included on request, and a phone charger is provided. This is a private transfer only; tour guide, English-speaking driver guarantee, sightseeing stops, guided commentary, and meals are not included.
What to expect
After booking, the supplier will review the provided route, flight details, passenger count, luggage quantity, and selected vehicle option. If any required information is missing or unclear, the supplier may contact guests before the service date. Before pickup, the driver or supplier may send the meeting point, driver details, vehicle information, and pickup instructions. Guests should keep their phone or WhatsApp available on the service day. For airport arrivals, the driver will monitor the flight when the correct flight number is provided and meet guests after landing at the airport arrival area with a name sign. For departures or city pickups, the driver will arrive at the confirmed hotel, accommodation, station, or agreed pickup point at the scheduled pickup time. For pickups scheduled between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a late-night service fee of JPY 2,000 applies. This fee is not included in the booking price and should be paid in cash to the driver on the day of service. After meeting the driver, guests should confirm the destination and luggage quantity before boarding. Vehicle arrangement is based on the passenger and luggage details provided after booking. The driver will provide direct private transportation to the selected destination. This is a transfer service only. Sightseeing stops, detours, guided commentary, meals, and route changes are not included unless confirmed in advance. For round-trip options, the first transfer covers the airport arrival or city departure route selected at booking. The return transfer will be arranged according to the return flight time, hotel address, and pickup time provided after booking. Upon arrival, the driver will drop guests off at the confirmed hotel, accommodation, airport terminal, station, or agreed location where stopping is legally and safely permitted. Before leaving the vehicle, guests should check their luggage, valuables, and personal belongings carefully.
