Meeting & pickup

• Meet your guide opposite the main entrance to the Musée d'Orsay, next to the entrance of the Legion d'Honneur Museum. Your guide will be just by the entrance and will be wearing their guide badge on an orange lanyard. Please do not get in the lines for the museum!

End point

• Your tour will end inside the museum.

• Please meet your guide 15 minutes prior to the starting time of the tour. • Entry times at the museum are strict and the group must enter on time, please do not be late. • We cannot guarantee that late arrivals can be accommodated and tickets are non-refundable. • Please note this voucher does not give you access to the museum, your guide will have the entry tickets with them at the meeting point. • Please present your booking voucher on your cell phone to your guide at the meeting point. You do not need to print it.
