What to expect
Discover the flavors of Emilia-Romagna with a local wine tasting at Bottega Botlé, a warm and convivial tasting spot in the heart of Bologna, where every visit becomes something special. During this interactive experience, you will taste 3 regional wines: - Pignoletto Fermo, a still local white wine - Sangiovese in Purezza, made entirely from Sangiovese grapes - Sangiovese Appassimento, produced from partially dried grapes for a richer and more intense style. The tasting is designed to be informal and engaging, combining the fun approach of the signature Sommelier Game on a digital tablet with the guidance of a member of staff, who will accompany you throughout the experience. The wines are served with a generous selection of local artisanal products, including Mortadella Bologna PGI, regional cheeses, aged Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, artisanal honey, gourmet fruit jams, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, and a tasting of monocultivar extra virgin olive oils.
