What to expect

1. Stop 1 · 5min

   Take photos of the giant 3D cat that moves and even meows like the real thing, which is making waves all over the world.

2. Stop 2 · 50min

   Explore the nostalgic alleys of Omoide Yokocho and visit two different local izakayas. Enjoy Japanese dishes and drinks while experiencing the lively atmosphere and old-Tokyo charm of this iconic drinking district.

3. Stop 3 · 5min

   Visit the iconic Godzilla Head in Shinjuku, a towering symbol of Tokyo's vibrant and playful spirit.

4. Stop 4 · 1h 40min

   We'll explore Kabukicho, Tokyo’s most famous entertainment district. With a former local worker as your guide, you'll get insider stories and a real look behind the scenes. We'll also try local foods along the way!

5. Stop 5

   Golden Gai is known for its historic nightlife and narrow alleys lined with over 200 tiny bars. It’s also one of the few places in Tokyo where post-war architecture is still preserved.

6. Stop 6 · 5min

   Finally, we will conclude this tour with some Japanese desserts and street food. You will be able to experience that sweet treat which has long been cherished by Japanese people as a lucky charm. The tour will disband in front of this shop or Shinjuku station.

Meeting & pickup

• The guide will be waiting near the crosswalk in front of GUCCI and Mizuho Bank. They’ll be holding a tour sign. Please check your WhatsApp messages in advance, as we’ll send you a message before the tour.

End point

• We will explain which stations you need to go to depending on your destination. If you wish to remain at the last bar, you will be dispersed at the bar.
