Emilia Romagna produces some of the best Italian products as Parmigiano Reggiano and Balsamic Vinegar. You will learn how these excellences are produced and of course, you will also taste them. But this also the land of Motors! The Lamborghini Museum, located into the headquarter, and the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, the famous city of the Pracing Horse, give you an amazing visit through the history, prototypes, special models and models on production today of the two most famous Supercars in the world! The guided tours of the Balsamic and the Parmigiano Reggiano teach you about these family traditions... a final tasting is included, as well as the lunch, served in a wonderful place in our country side (into the balsamic producer). What to expect

1. Stop 1 · 1h 30min

   Guided Parmesan Cheese factory tour with tasting. Guided tour around the production areas of this local farm, one of the BIO farm of the Consurtium of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, where every morning the cheese workers "give life" to the famous Parmigiano Wheels with more than 400 litres of fresh milk each. Visit the aging storage with thousand of wheels and the stable with the cows. At the end, an amazing tasting will be served: 3 different ages of Parmigiano, fresh ricotta with Balsamic Vinegar and other snacks.... Lambrusco included!

2. Stop 2 · 1h

   During your free visit of the new “MUDETEC – Museum of Technologies” , you will learn about the history, prototypes, special models and models on production today of the Bull. Here you can find cars as the Lamborghini 350GT, the Miura, the Countach, the Ferruccio’s visionary cars, but also the Urus, the hybrid Asterion, the few-off Centenario, the Huracan Performante and the Aventador SVJ.

3. Stop 3 · 1h 30min

   Guided visit to a Balsamic Vinegar producer with tasting lunch. Discover how the white grape becomes black and then, Balsamic! This food excellences is consider the Black Gold of Modena because the min. age of the Traditional one is 12 years! Visit the family acetaia with the wood barrels which contain for years the Balsamic Vinegar. Tasting included at the end of the tour of the 12 and 25 y.o. aged and tasting-lunch. Lambrusco included! Note: it could be this Acetaia or an other one, depening on the day and on availability

4. Stop 4 · 1h 30min

   The Ferrari Museum celebrates the history of the brand and is located in the Ferrari headquarters in Maranello Italy. You will start from the “Enzo Ferrari Office” reconstruction and the aluminium shape of one of the first car ever built in Scaglietti workshop, which still produces Ferrari shapes, to arrive to the last cars, as the Ferrari 812 Superfast, the FXXK Evo and the Portofino. The visit continues through an amazing exhibition of Hypercars as the Enzo Ferrari, the La Ferrari, the FXXK and the one-off Ferrari private car, all customized. The Formula One room is a praise to all the victories, pilots and cars which have made great the F1 team, the Scuderia Ferrari.
