Freshly made noodles are chewy and incredibly delicious!　　　 ≪≪≪Chashu Making≫≫≫　Prepare tender, juicy chashu using chicken simmered in our original broth. Experience making your very own flavorful chashu!　　　 ≪≪≪Soup Making≫≫≫　Choose from Tonkotsu, Shoyu, or Miso. Each soup is based on secret recipes from well-known ramen shops—pick your favorite flavor!　　　 ≪≪≪About the Venue≫≫≫　Our studio features walls decorated with ramen and Japanese motifs, perfect for memorable photos. Don’t miss the entrance glass door, crafted more than 100 years ago using a technique that no longer exists.
