You will have to collect your ticket to the Alcázar at Colors of Seville Tourism Office in Calle Alemanes, 31. Don't forget to bring your own headphones in order to listen to the audioguide app. You also would need free space in your device to download the audioguide. The time of access to the monument will be the time you chose when you made your reservation. You can collect your tickets from 1 hour before the time of your booking.
