Your representative will escort you through the terminal directly to the Priority Immigration Lane, allowing you to bypass the regular immigration queues. They will assist with your passport and any required arrival documentation to ensure the process is as smooth and efficient. Once you have cleared immigration, your guide will accompany you to the baggage claim area, assist with locating and collecting your luggage if required, and escort you through customs. They will then guide you directly to your driver or designated transportation meeting point outside the terminal. Guests who have booked additional services such as a Buggy, Hotel Transfer, Visa on Arrival assistance, or other airport services will follow the same arrival procedure, with the additional service provided as booked. Bangkok Departure Fast Track – How It Works Upon arriving at the airport, your airport representative will meet you at the designated meeting point near the check-in area. They will assist you with the check-in process, including luggage and boarding passes where required, before escorting you to the dedicated Priority Immigration and Security Lane, allowing you to bypass the regular queues. Your representative will ensure all travel documents are in order and guide you through the departure formalities quickly and efficiently. • For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
• Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
• Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 6 hours before your originally scheduled arrival time so we can update your guide's schedule. Please note that due to privacy regulations, airlines will not inform us of changes to your itinerary; it is the passenger's responsibility to notify us directly to ensure your service is delivered.
• Please note if you do not advise us of any changes to your original flight and the date passes, you must purchase a new ticket
• Short-Notice Booking Policy: Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to final airport capacity. If high demand prevents us from securing your slot, your booking will be cancelled and refunded in full.
