Dear Guest, Thank you for your booking Depending on which service you have booked, here are the detailed instructions VIP Fast Track Arrival Your guide will meet you at the exit of the airbridge with a signboard showing your name. Service Includes Fast Track immigration, luggage assistance, customs and exit to arrivals to your vehicle or taxi rank. VIP Fast Track Departure Your guide will meet you outside Door 3 of the International Terminal with your name on the cart at a designated time which we will advise you before. Service includes escort to check in, fast track immigration, lounge (if chosen) or leave at gate or duty free. Standard Fast Track Arrival Please walk to the Coral Premium Arrival Lounge. The lounge is located in the middle of the arrival hall, approximately 150 meters from the arrival gate and before immigration. Our staff will be standing by at this location to assist passengers. The counter is open 24/7 Standard Departure Fast Track After you check in, please go to the Coral Concierge Counter – Row H, 3rd Floor (near the elevator), inside the Departure Terminal. • Infant aged under 2 years old requires original birth certificate or Passport
• All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
• For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
• For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
• For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
• Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
• Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 6 hours before your originally scheduled arrival time so we can update your guide's schedule. Please note that due to privacy regulations, airlines will not inform us of changes to your itinerary; it is the passenger's responsibility to notify us directly to ensure your service is delivered.
• Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving. If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
• Short-Notice Booking Policy: Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to final airport capacity. If high demand prevents us from securing your slot, your booking will be cancelled and refunded in full.
